Boy am I glad I ran before the dentist! Cause there is NO WAY I would want to run right now. My jaw is no longer numb and it hurts SOOO bad. Urgh..... I'm glad I still have some 800mg ibuprofen cause this is no fun. Brush your teeth, kids....you don't want to be like me....urgggh....
At about 9:30 I went for my run. I was getting a little bored with my route so I ran a new one. This one was out on 118th South. It's a lone road that takes you out west and curves around to take you to Herriman. I'm thinking I'll run it when I have the REALLY long runs coming up. Anyway, it was fun to change up my route. It made my run less boring. I did good though, 6 miles in 1.08. I love when I plug in my Garmin and see that I kept a really constant pace. I stayed at an 11:24 pace the whole time. The only time I went up and down was when I crossed streets and stuff.
I got home around 11, showered, and got ready for the dentist at 12:30. I was tired when I got there and almost fell asleep while they were drilling a couple times. LOL I wonder if they've ever had someone fall asleep like that... It took about 2.5 hours to fix the damage.
Tomorrow's 4 miles. We'll see if I'm up for it. Maybe I'll feel a lot better around lunch time or something.

Google Garmin Forerunner 305. That's the watch I have. It records your pace and distance and all that jazz. I LOVE mine! I'm a stickler when it comes to going the exact distance and this watch will tell you when you go that far. They cost a pretty penny, but I think it's worth it if you're running a lot. :)
