I was sitting watching the beginning of the Biggest Loser and trying to figure out something to make for dinner. I hate when nothing sounds good, but you know you need to eat cause it's been a while. (I still haven't figured out what to eat...) So, rather than wait any longer to do my walking, I got up and started going.
I jogged for 10 minutes and it felt GREAT!!! I didn't ache, I had no cramps, and I felt awesome. :) I'm coming back! I walked the other 25 minutes and had a little side cramp, but that's typical when I'm getting back into the whole run/jog/trot thing. I need to learn to breathe again.
Ahhh! I can't wait to REALLY get back into running. I am really going to love those long runs when they come up this summer. I love the feeling after a nice run. It's such an awesome feeling.
Tomorrow will be another great day and another great walk. Now, I gotta figure out what I'm going to eat cause it's getting late....
