My thighs!

My sore thighs!! Yesterday I did my workout, walked fast for 15 minutes and the did squats, lunges, wall sits, etc.... Oooh, I ache! It's a good ache though. It's hard at the time I'm doing it, but afterwords when I feel the ache I know it's working and will be totally worth it in the end. I'm sure I didn't have perfect form, but that will come in time. The more I do it the better I'll be. Today's a rest day which is good cause it's snowing outside. Tomorrow is 20 run/25 walk. Exciting!

Try one legged squats for even more sore thighs... OUCH!
