EXERCISE!

2 miles walking, 4 miles running, and 500 meters swimming....DONE!  It's been years since I swam a 500. It felt good! I can't wait to do it again.

Jeez, this  is going to be a boring post cause I'm tired.

I just want to say thanks to everyone who's given me support. It means a lot to me!!

Yay! I think if I had to swim 500 meters, I'd probably drown!

"Hey fishy, won't you come out and play, hey fishy" Good job on the 500...it'll get easy as you get back in the glide of it...you are an excellent swimmer.

Awesome job! My experience is run before the swim (if you're in a pool). The chlorine can get to your gut and make running very unpleasant.
