Today's one of those days where I just feel like quitting. I'm planning on doing the elliptical today, but I didn't do 5 yesterday or my 10k on Saturday. I feel like calling off both half marathons and just not doing anymore running/walking whatever. I know it's the wrong way to think and today's just one of
those days, but ugh, the feeling's sooo strong. Maybe this whole foot thing is screwing with my head, maybe it's a sign. All I know is I don't want to be a quitter.

Take a little break. It's ok to have days like that. You will get over the slump. :)
I just crawled out of a 2 week slump today. Don't beat yourself up for the missed runs (it'll turn into a vicious cycle)... see how tomorrow feels. :)
Boy do I know how you feel. You're amazing. Always remember that!
