5 weeks to go!!!
I am SOOO excited!
This week is going to be a fun one. I have a 15 miler this weekend. I can't wait to see how I do with it. It's going to be my longest run yet. I'm going to do some easier stuff this week with a couple days off, that way I can prepare for my long run.
Monday: OFF or maybe an easy 2
Tuesday: 5 Miles
Wednesday: 9 Miles
Thursday: 5 Miles
Saturday: 15 Miles
Sunday: OFF or maybe an easy 2 mile walk with the family
My goals this week are to follow the plan, eat right, and keep the house clean.
